Your Horse Is Dead? Get Off It!

How to Unlock the Inner Freedom to Make a Professional Change

If your horse is dead, you should get off it - the same is true in professional life. Many people are dissatisfied with their work and yet they do not change anything. Tom Diesbrock shows why we persevere with such jobs: Often it is nothing to do with a lack of ability but is down to mental blocks. Yet once we have identified the reasons for this, we can get over this inner wall - and find the courage to take the first step towards that dream job.
